Karakum stands for high-energy live shows, driving grooves and atmospheric moments where everything in the room connects – somewhere between rave and concert. The Leipzig-based band unites melodic synth and guitar sounds, warm basslines, organic drums and soulful vocals into a sound that brings electronic dance music to life – in the most literal sense. Electronic music was never meant to stay in the studio. We believe in bringing it to life - on stage, in real time. Karakum was built around one idea: that techno and electronic music can be performed as a band, with the same precision and depth it has on record - but with the energy and presence that only a live show can create. Between machine and human, between the produced and the spontaneous. That's where we exist. That's where we want to take you.
